Having dealt with chronic patella tendon issues, on & off, for over 7 years I reached a point where I had to stop playing the sport I love! I needed to fix my knee...
But after trying all the different methods, not really staying consistent with any of them, hopping from program to program, I still haven't seen any improvement...
I started BELIEVING that my knee couldn't be fixed, that my knee had taken damage for life and no matter what I tried it wouldn't help.
This is what kept me in knee pain for way longer than I should have. Because even tho I had the solution lay right in front of me, I didn't believe that it was gonna be able to fix my knee!
ONLY when I started truly believing in it have I seen my knee improve. It improved drastically! More than I've ever imagine it could, within 1 month!!
And even tho I'm not yet the guy with the most bulletproof knees, I know I will get there, because I've experienced what ACTUALLY works. Now from week to week my knee feels stronger and stronger! I can play football, the sport I love, without making my knee feel worse, which appeared impossible for me not even a year ago!

You're gonna do both! This Program is all about building strength AND mobility in the key areas for your body to function holistically. The more you progress in certain exercises the more strength you're gonna be able gain from them!
Achieving the Splits was a result of stretching my muscles under load, which leads to faster mobility gains but also more muscle growth :)

Yes, 100%! You can watch the In-Season guide within the Protocol to make sure you're getting through all the sessions, even with a tight schedule. Working on your weak links and pains in season is key! You don't need to wait until the Off-Season :)
So far you've probably only done endless drills that still didn't produce any results in the end.
In this program you are only going to be using the most effective and proven exercises to work on those areas. The goal of this Program is to give you ONLY what's most important to take care of right now. So that you can actually stay consistent and finally get better, by increasing your pain free ability!

Absolutely! In most cases it's advisable to do the Be Reborn Program before the other training program, as you're working out and warming up your whole body in every single main session!
But something like this can easily be discussed with me on a Q&A Call where we can go into more detail about what else you could be focussing on!
You don't NEED equipment to benefit from this program, especially in your lower body region! There is a no equipment variation for every single exercise that needs some kind of equipment!
However if you have equipment like some light dumbbells, a pull up bar, resistance bands and a bench, you will be able to use them perfectly for some exercises within this Protocol!
Keep in mind some of the greatest transformations we had didn't use any equipment -> Maon, Meniscus tear ->
This Program is not designed to be an exact rehab plan for any specific injury. However this Program will target the most common weak links in the body and you should be able to improve all of them at your pain free level. Which is what the exact principle I use for all the athletes I'm working with.
Before starting a new training program make sure to listen to your body and talk to a medical professional if you're currently or have just injured yourself!
